What is the dress code?
Our wedding is Black Tie, so we kindly ask all guests to wear tuxedos or formal gowns to match the elegance of the evening.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, complimentary valet parking will be provided at the wedding venue.
What time should we arrive?
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early (5:45 pm) to allow time for parking and to find your seats before the ceremony begins.
Will transportation be provided to the wedding?
Yes, looping transportation will be available for guests staying at the Swissotel. Shuttles departing from the Swissotel starting at 5:00PM.
What should we do if we have dietary restrictions?
If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know by November 1st, so we can make arrangements with our caterers.
When does the guest list close?
Please note that our guest list will close on November 1st. Kindly RSVP by this date to confirm your attendance, as we will need to finalize our headcount and arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and timely response!
What should I do if I can’t attend?
We will miss you! Please kindly RSVP “no” by November 1st so we can finalize our guest count.
